    DogChainCentral is recently apart of the DogLux group and are owned and operated by the same team.
  • Are the chains durable?
    All of our chains and leashes are made out of 316L Military Grade stainless steel which will not break, snap, corrode, and rust. Our chains are strong enough for any large breed!
  • Do you guys offer free shipping?
    We offer free standard shipping on any orders over $80!
  • Is this shop only online?
    DogChainCentral is an online-only retail store. We do not do pickups (Only postal deliveries).
  • How long will my order take to arrive?
    Depending on the type of shipping you request, orders will take around 3-4 business days depending on where you are ordering from in Australia! International orders will take between 10-40 business days depending on which country you are living in. Handling time for all orders is 1-2 days
  • What do I do if the item I want is out of stock?
    You can place a back in stock request and be notified when the product is available. Please check our Instagram page for updates or subscribe to our mailing list
  • Do you guys accept Afterpay?
